Stage Management 101

Are you organized? A caretaker? Do you like telling people what to do? Does a brand new pad of sticky notes bring you inexplicable joy? If so, you just might be…

A Stage Manager!

Stage Managers are theatre’s invisible angels — every show needs one to function smoothly, and the audience rarely knows they exist! If you’re interested in the behind-the-scenes view of theatre and consider yourself organized, curious, and cool under pressure, ACT wants to train you to join Anchorage’s pool of stage managers! Associate Director Colby Bleicher invites you to Stage Management 101 on Saturday, May 25 from 12-3 at ACT. Whether you have 30 years of theatre experience or zero, this intro to stage management basics is for you!

Tuition is only $20. Register in advance here: https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?class=act
